Trespass, 2:57 p.m., Rodgers Mountain Loop, Scio. Report of a male trespassing. Deputies learned another landowner had given permission f to be on the property. Non-criminal.

Welfare Check, 5:35 p.m., Goar Road, Scio. All parties OK.

911 Hang-Up, 7:39 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Pocket dial.

Traffic Stop, 9:34 p.m., SW Broadway Street, Mill City. Female, 21, of Stayton was arrested for a warrant and cited for driving while suspended violation.

Traffic Stop, 9:53 p.m., SW Linn Blvd., Mill City. Driver cited for driving while suspended violation.

Traffic Stop, 10:11 p.m., N First Avenue, Mill City. Male, 60, of Mill City was arrested for warrants.

Park Patrol, 1:58 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Kimmel Park.

Suspicious Vehicle, 8:43 a.m., Jordan Road, Scio. Deputies attempted to locate a suspicious vehicle.

Traffic Stop, 11:50 a.m., Highway 226/SW Fifth Avenue, Scio. Driver warned for equipment violation.

Civil Dispute, 1:13 p.m., Rodgers Mountain Loop, Scio. Civil dispute between neighbors. Non-criminal.

Theft, 4:01 p.m., Richardson Gap Road, Scio. Deputy investigated diesel theft from heavy machine equipment.

Suspicious Person, 4:11 p.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Male warned and advised of park rules.

Motorist Assist, 12:49 a.m., Fish Hatchery Drive/Providence School Road, Scio. Deputies assisted motorist with flat tire.

Neighborhood Dispute, 7:48 a.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Caller upset about not being able to drink coffee on their porch. Non-criminal matter.

Mental Health, 9:48 a.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Male having mental crisis was voluntarily taken to hospital for evaluation.

Illegal Camping, 1:12 p.m., Hess Road, Scio. Deputy contacted two people at Buell Miller boat ramp who were warned for county code violations.

Forest Timber Patrol, 2:42 p.m., Camp Morrison Drive, Scio.

Extra Patrol, 9:11 p.m., Neal Park Road, Lyons. John Neal Park.

Traffic Stop, 10:05 p.m., Highway 22, Mill City. Driver cited for driving while suspended violation and driving uninsured.

Disturbance, 1:17 a.m., Highway 226, Scio. Deputies investigated report of a trespass.

Accident, 2:38 a.m., Richardson Gap Road/Shimanek Bridge Drive, Scio. Vehicle ran out of gas.

Parking Complaint, 8:47 a.m., Highway 226, Scio. Deputy spoke with male about the storage of a trailer on city property.

Trespass, 8:50 a.m., Highway 226, Scio. Investigation of trespass.

Parking Complaint, 9:04 a.m., SW Filbert Street, Scio. Deputies addressed parking complaint.

Fraud, 9:09 a.m., Gilkey Road, Scio. Caller had more information on a report from last year.

Suspicious Vehicle, 9:38 a.m., Highway 226/Gilkey Road, Scio. Vehicle was out of the area.

Suspicious Person, 2:27 p.m., Myers Place, Scio.

Traffic Stop, 12:30 a.m., NW Cherry Street, Scio. Driver warned for failure to renew registration.

Traffic Stop, 6:12 a.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive/Mowitch Street, Lyons. Driver cited for passing in a no passing zone.

Disturbance, 9:09 a.m., NW Alder Street, Mill City. Verbal-only dispute between family.

Civil Dispute, 9:55 a.m., NE Fourth Avenue, Scio. Report of a possible theft of a propane tank from the caller’s travel trailer while it was at a repair facility. Caller then went to the facility and trespassed into private office space. After speaking with the involved parties, this was a civil issue regarding the trailer and payment for work. Business is not pressing charges for trespass.

Warrant, 11:01 a.m., NW Alder Street, Mill City. Subject, 33, of Lebanon was cited in lieu of custody on an outstanding warrant.

Trespass, 2:50 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Male trespassing on property and was asked to leave. Male left without issue.

Civil Dispute, 3:26 p.m., SW Third Avenue, Mill City. Dispute between family members over property.

Suspicious Vehicle, 4:15 p.m., Thomas Creek Drive/Honey Bear Road, Scio. Deputies spoke with owner of vehicle and learned they were dropping kids off at a friend’s place. Non-criminal.

Threats, 6:09 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Deputies spoke to individual regarding civil issue.

Suspicious Vehicle, 11:30 p.m., NE Fourth Avenue, Scio. Deputy checked on vehicle at closed school.

March 23

Disturbance, 1:36 a.m., SW Fourth Avenue, Scio. Deputies responded to possible domestic incident. Parties involved had no complaint of injuries or unwanted physical contact. Statements provided were collaborated and described an accident and not intentional harassment.

Traffic Stop, 12:02 p.m., Crabtree Drive, Scio. Driver warned for moving violation.

Traffic Stop, 12:28 p.m., Crabtree Drive, Scio. Driver warned for improper display.

Suspicious Vehicle, 1:47 p.m., Sandner Drive, Scio. Possible littering violator. Deputy located male and confirmed he was not littering.

Littering Violation, 2:02 p.m., Sandner Drive, Scio. Documented trash/tires piles and forwarded to the Linn County Road Department.

Threats, 3:33 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Deputy documented non-specific threats made to caller.

Traffic Hazard, 3:57 p.m., Gates School Road, Gates. Hillside is beginning to erode next to road.Passed to Linn County Road Department.

Prowler, 9:18 p.m., S First Avenue, Mill City. Prowler was suspected to be in area because dogs were barking and they don’t usually bark. Deputies responded.

March 24

Extra Patrol, 2:25 a.m., SW Evergreen Street, Mill City. Nothing suspicious.

Park Patrol, 3:06 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. No suspicious activity.

Traffic Stop, 7:25 a.m., Highway 226/Franklin Butte Road, Scio. Driver cited for 75 MPH in 55 MPH zone.

Assist Other Agency, 9:39 a.m., Hess Road, Scio. Deputies attempted to locate a wanted individual for another agency.

Suspicious Circumstances, 12:34 p.m., N Main Street, Scio. Caller reported her ex-stepmother is causing issues. Deputies contacted the caller and learned it was not a criminal matter.

Park Patrol, 9:33 p.m., 13th Street, Lyons. John Neal Park. Nothing suspicious.

Traffic Stop, 9:57 p.m., S First Avenue/SE Hazel Street, Mill City. Driver warned for speed and no front license plate.

Extra Patrol, 12:44 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Extra patrols around local schools and businesses. No suspicious activity observed.

Suspicious Vehicle, 9:09 a.m., Juniper Lane/Fifth Street, Lyons. Report of a truck and RV parked in the road. Deputies contacted occupants and advised them to move along.

Civil Dispute, 9:13 a.m., NE Fourth Avenue, Scio. Parties involved came to an agreement.

Dog Complaint, 10:09 a.m., SW Broadway Street, Mill City. Dog owner warned for dog violations.

Warrant, 12:51 p.m., SW Cedar Street, Mill City. Male, 30, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

Domestic Disturbance, 12:59 p.m., NW River Road, Mill City. Deputies responded to a domestic where the male had left prior to their arrival. Ongoing investigation.

Fraud, 1:58 p.m., Leslie Lane, Scio. Caller reported fraud involving her debit card that was charged for more than $3,000 involving a business in Aberdeen, NC.

Possible DUII, 3 p.m., Jefferson-Scio and Robinson drives, Scio. Report of a possible DUII driver. Deputies located vehicle and learned it was not DUII related.

Suspicious Circumstances, 4:14 p.m., 24th and Main streets, Lyons.

Juvenile Complaint, 5:21 p.m., SW Ivy Street, Mill City. Caller spoke to deputy about concern for son.

Event Detail, 5:26 p.m., NW First Avenue, Scio. Attended City Council meeting.

Suspicious Circumstances, 11:08 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Deputies checked property after noises were heard near a citizen’s door. Nobody was located.
