Traffic Stop, 3:12 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Driver cited for failure to carry proof of insurance and warned for speed and expired tags.

Traffic Stop, 3:54 p.m., Kingwood Avenue/Dogwood Road, Mill City. Driver warned for unsecured load.

Traffic Stop, 4:21 p.m., SE Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Illegal Camping, 4:51 p.m., Railroad Street/Crabtree Drive, Scio. Female, 25, of Scio, and male, 40, of Lebanon, were arrested on numerous warrants.

Trespass, 7:28 p.m., NW Seventh Avenue/NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Male trespassed from location for parking his motorhome on private property.

Traffic Stop, 10:09 p.m., SE Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Driver warned for expired tags.

Traffic Stop, 11:37 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Driver warned for equipment violation.

May 17

Fraud, 7:45 a.m., Ridge Drive, Scio. Deputies investigated potential fraud.

Traffic Stop, 9:41 a.m., Echo Hill Road/Highway 226, Scio. Driver warned for failure to register vehicle.

Suspicious Circumstances, 4:35 p.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Male, 39, of Lyons, was issued a citation in lieu of custody.

Traffic Stop, 9:34 p.m., NE Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Traffic Stop, 10:19 p.m., Main and 19th streets, Lyons. Warned for unreadable plate.

May 18

Burglary, 8:20 a.m., Shimanek Bridge Drive, Scio. Deputy responded to a residence that was burglarized twice in three weeks.

Traffic Stop, 5:07 p.m., Richardson Gap Road, Scio. Driver cited for vehicle registration expired more than a year.

Traffic Stop, 6:14 p.m., SW Linn Blvd./SW Eighth Avenue, Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Traffic Stop, 6:22 p.m., NE Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver warned for improper display.

Traffic Stop, 7:39 p.m., Front and Sixth streets, Lyons. Driver warned for improper display.

Elude, 8:44 p.m., SW Broadway Street, Mill City. Deputy attempted to stop a motorcycle but the driver fled. Deputy terminated pursuit due to policy. Deputy located the motorcycle and attempted to pull the motorcycle over again. The motorcycle took off then slid out in some grass and the driver fled on foot. Driver was picked up by another vehicle and fled.

May 19

Extra Patrol, 1:58 p.m., Rodgers Mountain Loop, Scio. Extra patrol after recent burglary.

Traffic Stop, 10:49 p.m., 15th Street, Lyons. Driver warned for equipment violation.

Noise Disturbance, 11:26 p.m., SW Seventh Avenue, Mill City. Caller reported hearing loud music. Deputy contacted a male and advised of noise ordinance.

May 20

Traffic Stop, 12:54 a.m., NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Traffic Complaint, 8:27 a.m., Rodgers Mountain Loop/Richardson Gap Road, Scio. Report of white pickup driving erratically on a regular basis. 

Minor in Possession, 10:48 a.m., SW Cedar Street, Mill City. Deputy investigated.

May 21

Traffic Stop, 11:55 a.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Driver warned for traffic violation.

Traffic Stop, 12:59 p.m., NW Alder Street, Mill City. Driver cited for driving while suspended – violation.

Traffic Stop, 1:55 p.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Driver warned for no front plate.

Criminal Mischief, 5:20 p.m., Shimanek Bridge Drive, Scio. Caller had driver-side window cracked.

Traffic Stop, 6:03 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Driver cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and cited in lieu of custody for a warrant.

Theft, 6:24 p.m., NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Theft of $41.75 of merchandise from store. Ongoing investigation.

Traffic Stop, 8:05 p.m., S First Avenue/SE Ivy Street, Mill City. Driver warned for expired registration.

Theft, 10:07 p.m., S First Avenue, Mill City. Caller reported theft of a boat motor.

May 22

Assault, 11:28 a.m., SW Cedar Street, Mill City. Female, 18, of Mill City was arrested for Assault 4 and harassment.

Burglary, 3:05 p.m., Miller Cemetery Road, Scio. Two male juveniles, both 15, of Scio, were arrested after breaking into a vacant residence. Both were lodged at Linn Benton Juvenile Detention for Burglary 2, Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Trespass 2, Criminal Mischief 2, Theft 2 and MIP Alcohol.

Suspicious Circumstances, 4:24 p.m., Fir Street, Lyons. Caller reported several firearms missing from home. Ongoing investigation.

May 23

Warrant, 12:21 a.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Mill City. Subject, 31, of Mill City was issued citations in lieu of custody on multiple warrants.

Phone Harassment, 2:07 a.m., NW Alder Street, Mill City. Female reported telephonic harassment from male.

Theft, 10:51 a.m., Shelburn Drive, Scio. Deputy took report of theft of travel trailer hookups.

Traffic Stop, 4:17 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Driver cited for illegal window tint and expired registration.

Illegal Camping, 8:52 p.m., Dogwood Street, Lyons. Homeless father and son were given a ride to an appropriate place to camp.

Runaway, 9:05 p.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Juvenile arrested for probation violation and Criminal Trespass II. Juvenile was lodged at Linn Benton Juvenile Detention.

May 24

Suspicious Person, 3:40 a.m., NW Ninth Avenue, Mill City. Suspicious person standing outside a closed business.

Suspicious Vehicle, 3:49 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Deputy advised subject of park rules and they moved along.

Burglary, 11:45 a.m., Kingston-Jordan Road, Scio. Caller reported theft of Husqvarna lawn mower worth between $3,000 and $4,000. Ongoing investigation.

Accident, 1:58 p.m., Highway 226/Richardson Gap Road, Scio. Injury accident.
