Animal Complaint, 8:26 a.m., Shelburn Drive, Scio. Deputies checked on a property after a concerned citizen reported there was possibly a puppy mill at the property. Deputies agreed there was not adequate care for the dogs on the property and made arrangements to ensure issues would be resolved.

Shots Heard, 5:15 p.m., E Bilyeu Creek and Camp Morrison drives, Scio. Deputy spoke with resident who has ongoing concerns about shooting at the BLM rock pit on milepost 2 of Upper Neal Creak. Information only at this time.
Trespass, 6:53 p.m., SE Hazel Street, Mill City. Continuation of previous call. Homeowner parked in tenants driveway and drove off when the tenant started recording. Noncriminal.

Disturbance, 8:11 p.m., Gilkey Road, Scio. Misunderstanding between family leads to screaming and yelling. Deputy mediated and everyone separated for the night.

Accident, 4:59 p.m., Kingston-Jordan Drive, Stayton. Juvenile driver slid off the road after failing to negotiate a corner in rainy conditions. Non-injury.

Elude, 10:10 p.m., SE Ivy Street/S First Avenue, Mill City. Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for expired tags. Vehicle proceeded to elude deputies for a few blocks before coming to a stop and the operator fleeing on foot. Deputies were unable to locate operator. Ongoing investigation.

Traffic Stop, 10:44 a.m., Airport Road, Albany. Female, 30, of Scio was arrested for two outstanding warrants during a traffic stop. Female was also cited for driving while suspended violation, driving uninsured, failure to display plates and failure to carry registration.
Found Dog, 12:55 p.m., Montgomery Drive, Scio.

Assault, 2:20 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Assault reported to deputies from the previous night. Subject, 33, of Lebanon was arrested and lodged in Linn County Jail for assault IV. Subject was also lodged on a Marion County warrant.
