Shots Heard, 4:07 p.m., Stayton-Scio Road, Scio. Deputy spoke to male about safe shooting practices.

Assist Other Agency, 7:30 p.m., SE Kingwood and SE Fourth avenues, Mill City. Intoxicated male taken home by medics and had fallen asleep by the time deputies arrived.

Dec. 6

Death Investigation, 1:12 a.m., Kelly Road, Scio. Male, 74, was found deceased. Investigation showed death likely due to medical conditions.

Traffic Stop, 3:52 p.m., SE Kingwood and SE Second avenues, Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Motorist Assist, 5:08 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive/AK Lane, Lyons. Deputies assisted motorist with broken down vehicle.

Accident, 9:11 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Non-reportable, single-vehicle crash.

Traffic Stop, 11:18 p.m., Fir and Fifth streets, Lyons. Driver warned for equipment violation.

Traffic Stop, 11:43 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Driver warned for expired registration.

Traffic Stop, 7:04 a.m., Kingwood Avenue/Fairview Street, Mill City. Driver cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance and warned for failure to register vehicle.

Littering Violation, 9:56 a.m., Mt. Pleasant Drive, Scio. Garage dumped along roadway and private property.

Lockout Civil Process, 10:43 a.m., W Main Street, Lyons.

Juvenile Complaint, 11:43 a.m., Jordan Road, Scio. Caller reported concerns with a local school.

Traffic Stop, 12:38 p.m., 16th Street, Lyons. Driver cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

Extra Patrol, 4:10 p.m., Cedar Mill Road, Lyons.

Traffic Stop, 2:21 a.m., Loma Drive/Highway 226, Scio. Driver cited for driving while suspended.

Welfare Check, 9:39 a.m., SW Ivy Street, Mill City. All was well.

Traffic Hazard, 9:47 a.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Hazard was cleared prior to deputies’ arrival.

Animal Complaint, 12:58 p.m., Robinson Drive, Scio. Deputy handled loose cow call. Owner warned for livestock at large.

Neighborhood Dispute, 2:25 p.m., Larwood Drive, Scio. Deputy was called to a neighbor dispute over an easement and fence disagreement.

Littering Violation, 2:42 p.m., Mt. Pleasant Drive, Scio. Deputy spoke with caller about disposal of trash dumped on their property.

Accident, 4:19 p.m., Meridian Road, Scio. Two-vehicle, minor-injury crash.

Traffic Stop, 5:17 p.m., Crabtree Drive, Scio. Male, 41, of Lebanon was cited on warrants. Also cited for driving while suspended and uninsured.

Welfare Check, 8:16 p.m., 11th Court, Lyons. Neighboring juveniles were having a birthday party.

Welfare Check, 11:14 p.m., NE Third Avenue, Scio. Deputy contacted male with mental health issues and walked him back to his house.

Dec. 9

Mental Health, 12:47 a.m., NE Third Avenue, Scio. Citizen taken into custody for mental health treatment.

Forest Timber Patrol, 12:48 p.m., Camp Morrison Drive, Scio. Very busy with people recreating.

Criminal Mischief, 2:36 p.m., Camp Morrison Drive, Scio. Male, 21, of Albany was cited in lieu of custody for criminal mischief III after driving through a mud rut on BLM land, damaging property.

Neighborhood Dispute, 2:43 p.m., Stayton-Scio Road, Scio. Deputy responded to a neighbor complaint and helped keep the peace.

Accident, 5:43 p.m., Kingston-Jordan Road/Valley View Drive, Scio.

Dec. 10

Traffic Stop, 12:33 a.m., S First Avenue/SW Evergreen Street, Mill City. Driver warned for failure to obey traffic control device and failure to renew registration.

Extra Patrol, 12:48 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Kimmel Park. Nothing suspicious found.

Traffic Stop, 3:28 a.m., NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Extra Patrol, 4:07 a.m., Neal Park Road, Lyons. John Neal Park. Nothing suspicious found.

Suspicious Vehicle, 4:18 a.m., NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Deputy unable to locate suspicious vehicle.

Extra Patrol, 4:51 a.m., NE Fourth Avenue, Scio. Extra patrol around Scio parks and schools.

Bike Traffic, 5:57 a.m., S First Avenue, Mill City. Bike rider warned for improper lighting.

Traffic Stop, 10:47 p.m., S First Avenue, Mill City. Driver warned for un-signaled left-hand turn.

Suspicious Vehicle, 11:51 p.m., S First Avenue, Mill City.

Extra Patrol, 12:02 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City.

Mental Health, 3:26 a.m., SW Linn Blvd., Mill City. Deputies responded to a male suffering from a mental health episode.

Warrant, 4:14 a.m., SW Linn Blvd., Mill City. Male, 44, of Mill City was issued a citation in lieu of custody for his Marion County warrant.

Traffic Stop, 5:14 a.m., Highway 226/SE Ash Street, Scio. Driver warned for failure to maintain lane.

Suspicious Vehicle, 8:32 a.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Deputy responded.

Dog Complaint, 10:21 a.m., Main Street, Lyons. Dog owner issued written warning for dog violations.

Forest Timber Patrol, 12:45 p.m., SE Fourth Avenue, Mill City.

Suspicious Circumstances, 9:16 p.m., Highway 226, Scio. Caller saw lights and heard yelling at a private address. Deputies checked the area but did not see anything suspicious.

Traffic Stop, 10:17 p.m., NW Jefferson-Scio Drive/NW Fourth Avenue, Scio. Driver warned for equipment violation.
