Tickets on sale for Santiam Scholarship Banquet & Auction

The 19th annual Scholarship Banquet and Auction, hosted by the Santiam Scholarship Committee, is set for May 6 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church’s Parish Center in Stayton.

This year’s Wild West-themed auction will have an open bar cocktail hour from 4 to 5 p.m., a professional auctioneer, a dessert dash and new games throughout the evening.

The schedule of events include the aforementioned cocktail hour with silent auction tables open. At 6 p.m., is dinner and the dessert dash, and silent auction tables closing. The oral auction begins at 7 p.m.

Individual dinner tickets are $50 each. Hosting a VIP table with eight guests is $500, and includes 25 drawing tickets. Tickets for the drawing are $15.

The committee is accepting donations for the event. There is an Amazon Wish List for auction item donations. Contact a committee member or the Santiam Canyon School District office at 503-897-2321 if you have questions or need someone to pick up an item, contact a committee member. 

Donations are needed by April 21. Checks should be made out to Santiam Canyon Scholarship Fund.

 Tax-deductible receipts are available.
