Burglary, 9:18 p.m., NE Fourth Avenue, Mill City. Deputy investigating theft of two marijuana bongs from the caller’s home, valued at approx. $110. Ongoing investigation.
Suspicious Circumstance, 10:55 p.m., SE Hazel Street, Mill City. Deputy responded to a report of someone screaming outside the caller’s house. Deputy checked the area and was unable to locate anyone screaming or appearing to be in distress.

Hit and Run, 2:18 p.m., SE Grove Street, Mill City. Deputy investigated a hit and run to a fence. Damage estimated at $2,000.
Suspicious Circumstance, 3:22 p.m., NW Beech Street/NW Fourth Avenue, Scio. Suspicious object was a bottle of apple juice.
Domestic Disturbance, 6:08 p.m., Jordan Road, Scio. Deputies documented a situation between ex-domestic partners and advised on how to file for a restraining order.

Illegal Camping, 11:58 a.m., Camp Morrison Drive, Scio. Campers were packing up and leaving upon deputies’ arrival.

Animal Complaint, 5:52 p.m., Fish Hatchery Drive, Scio. Deputy herded a dog off the road onto its property. Owner was warned about potential consequences.
Threats, 10:28 p.m., Jordan Road, Scio. Deputies checked the property and spoke to the caller who had been receiving messages from their ex.

Suspicious Circumstance, 10:55 a.m., Cedar Mill Road, Lyons. Individual found dead animal skeletons.
Burglary, 6:09 p.m., SE Birch Street, Scio. Caller reported more than $12,000 worth of items stolen from a residence. Ongoing investigation.
Missing Person, 8:19 p.m., Miller Cemetery Road, Scio. Caller was worried about her overdue husband, whom she had no way of contacting. Deputies were able to reach the caller’s husband by phone and he advised he was fine and would be home soon.
Fraud, 8:33 p.m., 14th Street, Lyons. Female wanted to report a fraud.
Accident, 9:42 p.m., Kingston-Jordan Road, Scio. Deputy responded to a non-reportable crash. The operator of the vehicle told deputies he swerved to avoid a deer and got stuck in a ditch. There were no injuries or property damage.
Stolen Vehicle, 11:18 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Deputy investigated a report of a stolen vehicle, during which the suspect caused damage to the vehicle in excess of $1,000. Ongoing investigation.

Warrant, 12:33 a.m., NW River Road, Mill City. Male, 37, of Mill City was cited and released for a warrant for failure to appear out of Mill City Municipal Court.

Suspicious Circumstance, 1:59 p.m., Scio. Report of a large bonfire on Weyerhaeuser property. Deputy unable to locate.
Person Assist, 3:01 p.m., Highway 226/Camp Morrison Drive, Scio. Responded to Avery property for a log truck driver locked behind the F line gate. Log truck was gone upon arrival.
Rescue, 4:36 p.m., Pamelia Road, Idanha. Linn County Search and Rescue responded to an injured hiker at the Pamelia Lake trailhead. Adult female slipped while hiking, injuring her ankle. Two hikers carried her to meet the search and rescue members. Female transported to local hospital by the two other hikers.
