POW-MIA Memorial Ride – 10:45, Sublimity. The Oregon Veterans Motorcycle Association will stop in Sublimity for fuel and lunch. Citizens can line South Center Street to wave their American flags as the group comes in from Highway 22. The group will proceed to Church Park to honor the Oregon POW/MIA families and local veterans. Flags are available at Sublimity City Hall while supplies last.

Debris Cleanup – 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Santiam Canyon Long Term Recovery Group debris cleanup day to assist a wildfire survivor. Signup at santiamrecovery.org/volunteer. The address will be emailed after signup.
Detroit & Idanha City-wide Cleanup – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Lot next to Idahna Store. Yard debris disposal is free for one load; $25 per load with standard-size pickup or small trailer. Dispose of appliances, tires, car batteries, furniture, computers, TVs, mattresses and box springs for a fee. Bring correct amount of cash. Checks accepted. No liquired, toxic substances, hazardous materials, infectious waste.
