Mill City councilor, mayor positions up for election

Three Mill City councilor positions and the positions of mayor are up for election during the Nov. 8 General Election.

Councilor positions have a term of four years and the mayor’s position has a term of two years.

All persons who are registered voters and have resided within the Mill City city limits during the 12 months immediately proceeding the election are eligible to be candidates.

Election positions, required forms and further information will be available at City Hall, 444 S First Ave., during regular business hors beginning June 1.

Completed petitions must be filed with the city before 5 p.m. Aug. 30.
