Traffic Stop, 9:54 a.m., NW Ninth Avenue/NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver cited for 60 MPH in 40 MPH zone.

Traffic Stop, 10:13 a.m., NW Ninth Avenue/NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver cited for 60 MPH in 40 MPH zone.

Traffic Stop, 10:55 a.m., SW Fifth Avenue/SW Broadway Street, Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Traffic Stop, 11:43 a.m., NW Ninth Avenue/NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver cited for passing in a no pass zone.

Suspicious Person, 9:10 p.m., SW Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Consensual contact with male walking down the road. Male was OK.

April 20

Suspicious Circumstance, 3:12 a.m., Jefferson-Scio Drive, Scio. Citizen requested extra patrol at different times of day for suspicious activity.

Safekeeping, 7:58 a.m., SE Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Caller’s roommate moved out and left a firearm. Caller turned the firearm into the Sheriff’s Office for reasons of child safety.

Sex Offense, 9:02 a.m., SW Parkside Drive, Mill City. Deputies investigating a sex offense.

Traffic Stop, 10:34 a.m., NW Santiam Blvd./NW Ninth Avenue, Mill City. Driver warned for speed.

Fraud, 10:53 a.m., SE Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Caller reported suspicious activity in his financial accounts.

Traffic Stop, 11:27 a.m., NE Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Driver cited for 60 MPH in 40 MPH zone.

Traffic Stop, 2:21 p.m., SW Fourth Avenue, Scio. Driver warned for speed.

Theft, 2:46 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Caller reported the theft of a bottle of wine from Lyons Market.

Traffic Stop, 2:52 p.m., N Main Street, Scio. Driver warned for speed.

April 21

Parking Complaint, 1:49 a.m., Highway 226, Scio. Deputy issued a citation for illegal parking.

Suspicious Vehicle, 2:25 a.m., Shelburn Drive/Miller Cemetery Road, Scio. Deputy was unable to locate suspicious vehicle.

Shots Heard, 2:51 p.m., Greenway Drive, Gates. Caller reported shooting in the area.

Traffic Stop, 7:55 p.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Juvenile operator of motor vehicle was issued multiple citations.

Weapon Offense, 9:44 p.m., Richardson Gap Road, Scio. Juvenile taken into custody for menacing and unlawful use of a weapon.

April 22

Trespass, 11:33 a.m., Camp Morrison Drive, Scio. Caller wanted information on how to deal with a trespass that may also be a civil issue. Caller will speak to an attorney.

Dog Complaint, 1:04 p.m., SW Fifth Avenue/SW Cedar Street, Mill City. Deputy checked area for stray dog.

Dog Complaint, 1:39 p.m., SW Parkside Drive, Mill City. Deputy checked area for stray pit bull but did not observe him loose.

Dog Complaint, 2:56 p.m., SE Ivy Street/SE Fourth Avenue, Mill City. Dog owner warned for allowing his dogs to run at large.

Suspicious Vehicle, 5:21 p.m., Ridge Drive, Scio. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle that already left the area.

Noise Disturbance, 8:03 p.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Verbal warning for noise.

Shots Heard, 11:21 p.m., Crackerneck Drive, Scio. Deputies responded. No further shots were heard.

Noise Disturbance, 11:26 p.m., Apple Loop/24th Street, Lyons. Caller reported hearing a lot of noise. Deputy responded and all was quiet.

April 23

Noise Disturbance, 1:55 a.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Complaints were received about the noise from a generator. Owner of generator was contacted and turned it off. Owner was warned that further noise complaints may result in citation.

Theft, 8:37 a.m., 14th Street, Lyons. A small, homemade utility trailer was reported as stolen.

Trespass, 1:25 p.m., Rodgers Mountain Loop, Scio. Civil dispute between neighbors about keeping property line clean.

Disturbance, 5:44 p.m., Highway 226, Scio. Deputies responded to a disturbance. No crimes reported.

Disturbance, 6:39 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Verbal disturbance between grandfather and grandson.

April 24

Accident, 2:18 p.m., Main Street, Lyons. Vehicle into building. No injuries.

Accident, 7:55 p.m., Shelburn Drive/Stayton-Scio Road, Scio. Deputies responded to a non-injury crash and investigated the cause.

Suspicious Circumstance, 8:10 p.m., SW Linn Blvd., Mill City. Deputy documented the information from the caller.

Civil Dispute, 9:05 p.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Deputies responded to possible disturbance and determined it to be a landlord/tenant dispute. Parties were advised of the civil process.

April 25

Civil Dispute, 7:42 a.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Civil dispute between landlord and tenants.

Marine Incident, 4:07 p.m., Neighbors Lane, Lyons. Deputy contacted landowner about a suspicious boat parked near their property. Boat was gone when deputy made contact.

DUII, 7:10 p.m., River Drive, Lebanon. Male, 43, of Scio arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and an unrelated warrant.

Traffic Stop, 7:22 p.m., Fifth and Ironwood streets, Lyons. Driver warned for equipment violation.
