Santiam Awards Night nominations due March 31

The annual Santiam Awards Night, sponsored by the North Santiam Chamber of Commerce publicly recognizes those persons and businesses that make our community a great place to live.

Here are a list of the categories:

• Non-Profit of the Year:  We’re looking for local outstanding community servers who are focused on helping.

• Young Adult Citizen Award: Help us recognize a person between 18 – 35 who has substantially added to the community by helping with creating new ideas and participating with local efforts.

• Business of the Year: Nominate your favorite business that has shown a history of excellent products and community involvement.

• Citizen of the Year: Nominate the forever-young friends and neighbors who you’ve noticed making a difference around town. 

• Canyon Beautification and Improvement Award: A local business or property owner dedicated to creating a beautiful Santiam Canyon.

This years awards will be presented April 27 at the Santiam High School in Mill City.

Nominations must be received by March 31, and can be submitted on the chamber’s website at nschamber.org or mailed to North Santiam Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 222, Mill City, OR 97360.
