School Exclusion Day nears

School Exclusion Day is Feb. 16 for students who are not up to date on their immunizations.

Exclusion orders should have been mailed to parents by local health departments with copies to schools and children’s facilities beginning Feb. 2.

Students still out of compliance on Feb. 16 will be sent home.

Parents seeking immunizations for their children should contact their health care provider or local health department.
